During a traffic stop, a RRPD officer put hands on an immigrant man, sending him to the hospital. The audio from the dashcam captured the officer making the following anti-immigrant slur:

Officer1: "Did he say where he was from?"

Officer2 ; "Iraq...I'm glad were bringing his type in (the U.S.),,,we can't bring in their scientists or their, you know, educated teachers and shit... No, just numb nuts like him!"
